vintage mid 20th Century English made .925 sterling silver brooch set with a mid 19th Century onyx micro mosaic panel. The brooch is marked STERLING and has other marks. The brooch is 37.88mm x 38.40mm across. The micro mosaic section is probably Italian, it has small age related chips and scratches. The panel would have originally been set into another brooch, necklace pendant, or bracelet. The brooch is otherwise in nice condition and the clasp works well.
